Our Mission

The Catholic Foundation of Manitoba provides the opportunity for individuals and organizations to establish permanent endowments in order to fund groups and organizations carrying out charitable and other works in the Catholic tradition.

Our Vision

The Catholic Foundation of Manitoba helps Catholics fulfill their vocation from God to serve the Church and Society by enabling them to carry out acts of mercy through organizations that care for the needy, better the situation of the underprivileged, educate the young, and promote the cultural life of the Catholic community of Manitoba.

About Us

The Catholic Foundation of Manitoba is supported by the five dioceses in the Province:
  • The Archdiocese of St Boniface
  • The Archdiocese of Winnipeg
  • The Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg
  • The Archdiocese of Keewatin – Le Pas
  • The Diocese of Churchill – Hudson Bay

The Catholic Foundation was formed to aid those who wish to participate in the philanthropy of tomorrow while supporting the Catholic values and social structures in the Province of Manitoba as described in our mission and vision statements. It brings to all who share these values and goals the opportunity of endowing specific charitable purposes. At the same time, donors of charitable gifts and endowments to the Foundation can rest assured that their gifts will always remain living, helpful and active in support of the Catholic community in Manitoba. Please support us in our mission and vision by giving.
